Submitting Annual Corporate Tax Returns (SPT) using the PDF e-Form sometimes has problems, such as the tax e-Form cannot be opened.
This is very likely to happen considering that using the e-Form requires you to open the electronic SPT form which will be filled out in pdf form with the Adobe PDF Reader application on your computer.
This application is needed because filling out electronic tax returns on e-Forms does not require an internet connection. An internet connection is only needed when the SPT has been completed and is ready to be submitted to DGT Online.
What Causes the e-Form Cannot be Opened?
– The computer device used has not installed Adobe PDF Reader
– Opening e-Form pdf files does not use Adobe Reader DC
Therefore, make sure you have installed the Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader DC application on the computer device you are using.

How to report the Agency’s Annual SPT online through the DGT e-Form:
Enter the DGT e-Form application. Fill in the corporate taxpayer profile.
– Then open the PDF e-Form. Open the taxpayer database, fill in the Agency’s NPWP.
– On the “Taxpayer Profile” menu, fill it up to the second page, then click “Save”.
– Then log in to your DJP Online account, fill in the username with the word administrator and password 123.
– Next, click “Program” and create “New SPT”, then select “Tax Year” and “Status”, whether the status is normal or the 0th correction, then click “Create”.
– Continue to make an Annual SPT by clicking “Program”, selecting “Open Existing SPT”, then selecting “Tax Year” by clicking “Open SPT for Re-Editing/Revising” and clicking “OK”.
– Then “Fill in the Financial Statements” by filling out each attachment.
– Then in the main SPT section, in the first attachment, the contents of “Transcript of Citation of Elements of Financial Statements”.
– Upload supporting documents on the e-Form application. Then make the payment first by filling in the NTPN code if you experience Underpaid SPT status.
– Finally, include the verification code that was sent by DGT via your registered email. After that click “Submit”.
