BANKING & FINANCE
We represent foreign and domestic banks and other financial institutions in all aspects of banking and finance. We prepare loan agreements and guarantee documents for domestic and foreign financial institutions including registration at authorized government offices. Our firm also acts as Indonesian advisor to foreign lenders in project financing and syndicated commercial loan transactions, and assists in corporate debt restructuring, and provides legal advice and due diligence in these matters. We also advise on banking laws and regulations governing financial institutions in general.

We handle ‘dry’ and ‘wet’ shipments and advise on cargo claims, liability issues, maritime liens, ship mortgages/mortgages, charterer disputes, ship collision and salvage, and marine insurance. We advise on production sharing and technical assistance contracts as well as drilling rig contracts, service agreements, charter parties, and other agreements common in the sector. We assist the establishment and licensing of oil & new gas and provide ongoing legal advice with respect to all aspects of their operations. As the regulations in this sector are constantly changing, our lawyers keep abreast of the changes and advise our clients accordingly.

We advise corporate clients on employment contracts, company regulations, collective bargaining arrangements, termination of employment and severance pay issues, social security and pension funds, expatriate work permits, visas, residence permits and related Government approvals and applications.
