About Us
The KWR Global Tax Consultant Office is a partnership established on January 4, 2021 under the name KWR Global Civil Partnership with its head office in Kuningan, South Jakarta. KWR Global is located at Patra Jasa Office Tower Lt. 17 R.1702 Jl. General Gatot Subroto Kav 32-34 Kuningan, South Jakarta 12950. KWR Global are two merged tax consulting firms, which were originally named KKP Redian and KKP Jonni Winata. In this case, in addition to handling tax services, KWR Global is also engaged in law firms, bookkeeping services, and other management consulting services.

MONTHLY ROUTINE SERVICES
- Oral consultation, either face-to-face, by telephone or in writing.
- Review of tax reporting (SPT Masa) based on financial reports and other client data, which includes SPT Period PPh Article 4 paragraph (2), SPT Period PPh Article 21/26, SPT Period PPh Article 23/26, SPT Period PPh Article 25 , and VAT Period SPT
PREPARATION and REPORTING
of Annual Tax Returns Annual tax returns are prepared based on financial statements and other company financial data, in accordance with applicable tax regulations and regulations.
- Preparation of the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return.
- Preparation of the Annual Personal Income Tax Return.
TAX REVIEW
Conduct a review of the company’s financial statements (semester or report) in order to calculate the actual taxes owed in the period concerned. The results of the review are compared with the fulfillment of the company’s obligations and followed by the correction of the SPT.
TAX PLANNING
Conducting an assessment of the taxation aspects of all transactions that have occurred up to the last year conditions including contract documents or agreements between the company and other third parties in order to obtain a solution or the best alternative as a guide for management or directors for implementation of corporate taxation in accordance with the applicable tax provisions. The preparation of tax planning aims to enable companies to carry out their obligations through strategies, procedures, and management policies while still following the applicable rules and regulations.
TECHNICAL and CASE SERVICES
- Tax administration management services, such as NPWP registration, application for confirmation as PKP, etc.;
- Restitution management services, submission of objections, applications for tax exemption certificates (SKB);

Scope of Work Unit
Description of the authority and responsibility of each section in the organizational structure of KWR Global, among others:
Managing Partner
- Signing engagements with other parties for and on behalf of the company, both related to the company’s operating activities and lending, lending money to other parties, or selling and buying assets for the benefit of the company, as well as other engagements that comply with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.
- Appoint to form a work team for each of the activities required in the team.
- Examine and sign work reports related to company work such as financial statements or other reports and letters for the benefit of the company.
- Authorize the budget, both routine budget and non-routine budget every month or every activity.
- Setting the honorarium rate for the work team and together with partners = determining the salary or honorarium for staff and permanent employees.
Partner
powers and responsibilities of the Partner are the same as the Managing Partner. If the Managing Partner is absent or unable to attend, the Partner may replace his/her duties.
Tax Assistant Staff
- Prepare monthly tax data reporting, including monthly tax calculations, including Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 4 paragraph 2, and 25.
- Check payment and tax reporting.
- Contacting the client, to notify the VAT must be reported immediately, the last report at the end of the month
- Create a Tax Pratama Activation billing id, to pay taxes.
- Calculating and reporting the Annual Corporate and Personal Income Tax.
Finance Staff
- Create invoices.
- Create output invoices and input invoices (VAT).
- Pay and report taxes.
Accounting Staff
- Manage petty cash.
- Create tax invoices.
- Enter bank transactions.
- Preparing financial statements.
Admin Secretary Staff
- Input and archive data.
- Ensure supplies of office stationery.
- Become a note taker when the tax audit session takes place.
- Organize and schedule Managing Partners and Partners to meet with clients and arrange meeting schedules.
Operational Staff
- Coordinate the collection of documents needed in the preparation of the SPT.
- Take care of matters related to technical services if needed.
- Serves as a courier to deliver various documents to the tax service office (KPP) and to the client’s place.
