This service is charged at local rates if contacting via a home or office telephone, or charged at a rate according to the provider used by the smartphone when contacting via the device.

1. VIKA (Voice Interactive JKN) services
Through the Care Center 165 service, BPJS Kesehatan participants can access VIKA (Voice Interactive JKN) services. This is a service using an answering machine in the form of a voice recording that participants can interact with to check participant status and fee bills.

Apart from registering as a new member, you can also make changes to data related to membership through the BPJS Kesehatan call center.
